Small Group Training

Need a workout buddy? Grab your friends who are trying to get in shape (or trying to stay in shape) and schedule some sessions together! If you’re also on a budget, my group rates are a great option!

Coming soon: Park Sessions

Starting Monday, April 15th 2019, I will be holding Group Park Sessions in Brooklyn.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 8-9am: Fort Greene Park, Brooklyn, NY – we’ll meet at the Monument Plaza in the center of the park.

Tuesday/Thursday, 8-9am: McCarren Park, Brooklyn, NY – we’ll meet at the McCarren Park Track.

Park Sessions are $20 per person, please Venmo or PayPal at least 24 hours prior to the session you wish to join to retain your spot. Space is limited!
